 At Lighthouse MindCare, we strive to make mental health care clear, supportive, and accessible. We offer both in-person visits in Wesley Chapel and telehealth appointments across Florida, providing flexible and compassionate care. Below is an overview of our services and self-pay fees. 

Your first appointment includes a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. We review your symptoms, mental health history, medical background, and previous treatments to better understand your needs. This visit also includes discussion of diagnosis, treatment options, medication education, and development of a personalized care plan.

Follow-up visits focus on medication management and treatment progress. During these visits we review symptoms, medication effectiveness, possible side effects, and make adjustments when needed. Supportive guidance is also provided to help encourage healthy coping and long-term wellness.

Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Letter — $75

ESA letters are provided following a clinical evaluation to determine whether an emotional support animal may benefit your mental health. Approval is based on clinical assessment and medical necessity. 

Clinical Documentation — $75

Examples include FMLA forms, short-term disability paperwork, academic accommodations, and similar documentation. Approval depends on clinical evaluation and medical necessity.

GeneSight testing helps determine how your body may respond to certain psychiatric medications based on your genetic profile. This information may help guide medication selection when previous treatments have not worked well or have caused side effects.

 Most insurance plans cover GeneSight testing. For patients paying out of pocket, the cost may be up to $330, with interest-free payment plans available.
